With these tools in hand, farmers and cooperatives can take decisive action to continue to lead sustainable lives, focusing on five key methods: organic composting, growing high-protein mushrooms in coffee pulp, rainwater harvesting to improve soil moisture, bee-keeping, and growing family gardens.
